Ta Shema: Introduction to Talmud

A brief explanation of Talmud, its history and content.

In order to better understand Scripture, we have to understand early Jewish thought. This lecture will be given by Hannah Roussel and will focus primarily on Talmud and other early rabbinic texts. While these were compiled after the NT period, they are informative on the developing approaches to Scripture in the early centuries of the Common Era.
